芒果布甸

媽媽弄的芒果布甸,你一吃便說:「唔,好味過小甜谷!」再補充:「好味過嗰D街嗰D!」然後很快的吃完一碗。

  1. 以前我都鍾意吃和整這個,但只從有人反對我用生雞蛋整後便再沒整過。有沒有不用生雞蛋也整到的食譜???

  2. you don't need to use egg.

    this is my recipe:

    - robertson mango jelly
    - 1 pack of fresh milk
    - 2 or 3 mangoes (or even more, up to you)

    instructions:
    1/ follow the instructions on the jelly pack to dissolve the mixture in hot water
    2/ when the mixture gets cool, DON'T add cold water as said on the pack, replace it with the pack of fresh milk instead
    3/ put all the juice and flesh from the mangoes into the mixture
    4/ DONE!

    i thought my mom made it with raw eggs before, but it already taste much better than those served at restaurants without the egg la :)

  3. ar, btw, my friend used the mango pudding mixture from muji (to replace the robertson jelly), milk (as required by the muji recipe) and then add fresh mangoes. she said it's also ok.
